WHAT WE'VE LEARNED OVER THREE DECADES OF CHURCH PLANTING
Dean was pastor of Discovery Presbyterian Church, a new church plant in South Snohomish County, from 1992 until 2001. It was part of a new church effort by North Puget Sound, Seattle, and Olympia presbyteries. At least 8 churches were planted in western Washington at that time. None of them survived. He looks forward to sharing lessons learned from startup.
